Return and Refund Policy

How to return goods and obtain a refund, including your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal within the European Union.


This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the online store operated at www.myluvish.com and forms part of, and should be read together with, our General Terms and Conditions. It does not affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, including the statutory right of withdrawal described in Section 6 of the General Terms and Conditions.

1. RETURNS

1.1. We offer the option to return goods within 30 days. This means that you have 30 days from receipt of the item to request a return.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, the goods must be in the same condition in which you received them – unused and in their original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase.

1.4. Goods must be returned to the following address: Hozova 20, 921 01 Piestany, Slovak Republic.

1.5. If we approve your return request, we will send you a return shipping label together with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Goods sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

2.1. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the goods are defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and put it right.

3. EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

3.1. Certain types of goods cannot be returned under this 30-day policy, in particular:

  • perishable goods (for example food, flowers or plants);

  • custom-made goods (for example special orders or personalised items);

  • personal-care goods supplied in sealed packaging (for example cosmetics), where the seal has been broken after delivery; and

  • hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases.

3.2. We are also unable to accept, under this 30-day policy, returns of sale items or of goods purchased using gift cards.

3.3. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us before returning it.

3.4. The exclusions in this Section 3 apply to our voluntary 30-day return policy only. They do not affect your statutory right of withdrawal set out in Section 5 below and in Section 6 of the General Terms and Conditions; in particular, discounted (sale) items remain subject to the statutory right of withdrawal.

4. EXCHANGES

4.1. The fastest way to obtain the item you want is to return the goods you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD (STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)

5.1. Notwithstanding the above, where the goods are delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving any justification. This is your statutory right, and it is described in more detail in Section 6 of the General Terms and Conditions.

5.2. The goods must nevertheless be in the same condition in which you received them – unworn or unused, with any tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

5.3. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, in particular goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, perishable goods, and sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which were unsealed after delivery (see Section 6 of the General Terms and Conditions).

5.4. Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy limits or excludes your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

6. REFUNDS

6.1. Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, we will notify you and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

6.2. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

6.3. Where the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies, refunds are made within the statutory period in accordance with Section 6 of the General Terms and Conditions.

6.4. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@myluvish.com.
