1. Enter your tracking number

Go to returns.packeta.com and enter the tracking number of your original shipment. This is the same tracking number you received when your order was delivered.

2. Review your details

The system will display the details of your shipment. Make sure you're returning the correct products to the correct online store. This step is important to ensure your return reaches the right destination.

3. Confirm your return

Simply confirm your return with a single click. Shortly after, you'll receive an email containing:

A return code that identifies your parcel
A return shipping label to attach to your package

4. Drop off your parcel at a Packeta drop-off point

You can find the nearest Packeta location on their website or in the Packeta app. Simply bring your parcel to the drop-off point and hand it over to the staff.

5. Track your parcel

Once your return has been sent, you can track it just like any other shipment. You'll be able to follow its journey and see exactly when it arrives back at our warehouse.
