Press the pump 4 times (approx. 7 ml) and pour it into the fabric softener compartment. NOT into the drum. NOT on the clothes. NOT into the dryer.

Add 2–3 pumps to a bucket of water when mopping the floors, place a few drops on a cotton pad at the bottom of your bin, add some to your vacuum filter, or mix a little oil with water in a spray bottle to refresh your curtains or sofa.

No worries, your washing machine will be just fine. Our laundry perfumes are made to leave your laundry smelling incredible, not to give your washing machine a hard time.

We want your products to smell amazing and perform perfectly for as long as possible. Here are a few tips:
- Keep them out of direct sunlight. Too much sun can affect their fragrance and throw off their vibe.
- Store at room temperature. The ideal temperature is between 17°C and 24°C (63°F–75°F).

Don’t worry, it’s not a disaster. Sometimes the pump just likes to be a little dramatic. 🙄
1. The pump won’t unlock after being screwed onto the bottle
Occasionally, the pump can get stuck after being attached to the bottle.
Solution:
- Unscrew the pump from the bottle.
- Unlock it while it’s off the bottle (99% of the time, that does the trick).
- Screw it back on.
And once it’s working, try not to lock it again, it can sometimes get a little too committed.
2. The pump is too long and won’t screw on properly
Yes, sometimes it decides to be more ambitious than necessary.
Solution:
- Simply trim the tube slightly with a pair of scissors.
That’s it. No science. No drama.
3. Still not working?
If your pump has decided to sabotage every solution, just use the bottle cap instead. It works perfectly and dispenses the right amount of product.
Sometimes the pump is the problem. The fragrance never is.
